Eligiblity Critera

Age Limit	21 to 40 years as of 01/07/2025 (Born between 02/07/1985 and 01/07/2004). PH candidates: Max 55 years (Born after 02/07/1970). Age relaxation as per UP Government rules.
Educational Qualification	Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. For some specific posts, additional qualifications are required.

One Time Registration (OTR):
- Register on the OTR Web Portal.
- Obtain an OTR Number (mandatory before applying).
Login & Select Exam:
- Click on "All Notifications/Advertisements".
- Select the exam: PCS, ACF, or RFO.
- Authenticate with your OTR Number and OTP.
Fill Application Form:
- Personal details will be auto-filled from OTR.
- Fill in qualification details as per the post.
Upload Documents:
- Upload a recent passport-size photo and signature.
- Ensure the file size and format meet the given specifications.
Pay the Examination Fee:
- Choose a payment mode: Net Banking, Card Payment, or Other Payment Modes.
- Download and print the payment receipt.
Final Submission:
