Eligiblity Critera

Age Limit 21 to 40 years as of 01/07/2025 (Born between 02/07/1985 and 01/07/2004).
PH candidates: Max 55 years (Born after 02/07/1970).
Age relaxation as per UP Government rules.
Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
For some specific posts, additional qualifications are required.
Physical Standards For certain posts like Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF) & Range Forest Officer (RFO), specific physical fitness standards apply.

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to UPPSC Official Website.
  2. One Time Registration (OTR):
    • Register on the OTR Web Portal.
    • Obtain an OTR Number (mandatory before applying).
  3. Login & Select Exam:
    • Click on "All Notifications/Advertisements".
    • Select the exam: PCS, ACF, or RFO.
    • Authenticate with your OTR Number and OTP.
  4. Fill Application Form:
    • Personal details will be auto-filled from OTR.
    • Fill in qualification details as per the post.
  5. Upload Documents:
    • Upload a recent passport-size photo and signature.
    • Ensure the file size and format meet the given specifications.
  6. Pay the Examination Fee:
    • Choose a payment mode: Net Banking, Card Payment, or Other Payment Modes.
    • Download and print the payment receipt.
  7. Final Submission:
    • Review all entered details.
    • Submit the application and take a printout for future reference.
