Nationality	- Must be a citizen of India. - Subjects of Nepal, Bhutan, or individuals of Indian origin who migrated from specific countries (e.g., Pakistan, Sri Lanka) with the intention of permanent settlement in India are also eligible, provided they have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
Educational Qualification	- Candidates must have passed the Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board as of 01-08-2024. - Equivalent qualifications must be supported by relevant certificates.
Age Limit	As of 01-08-2024: - 18-25 years for MTS. - 18-27 years for Havaldar and some MTS posts. - Age Relaxation: - SC/ST: 5 years - OBC: 3 years - PwBD (Unreserved): 10 years - PwBD (OBC): 13 years - PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years - Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after deduction of military service duration - Central Government Civilian Employees: Up to 40 years (45 years for SC/ST) - Widows/Divorced Women: Up to 35 years (40 years for SC/ST)
Physical Standards	- Applicable only for Havaldar posts: - Male: Height 157.5 cm (relaxable for certain categories), Chest 81 cm (expanded by 5 cm) - Female: Height 152 cm (relaxable for certain categories), Weight 48 kg (relaxable for certain categories)
Other Requirements	- Aadhaar-based biometric verification is mandatory. - Candidates must meet medical fitness standards. - Must not have more than two living children born after 26-01-2001.
