Step	Details
Merit List Preparation	The merit list is prepared by taking the average percentage of marks obtained in both Matriculation (10th grade, minimum 50% aggregate marks required) and ITI examination, with equal weightage given to both.
Document Verification	Shortlisted candidates must produce original certificates for verification. A medical certificate from a government-authorized doctor is also required.
Medical Examination	Selected candidates must bring a medical certificate in the prescribed format as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992.
Contract Signing	Selected candidates or their guardians (if minors) must sign a contract of apprenticeship with the employer.
