Educational Qualification	- Passed Secondary or equivalent exam from a recognized board. - Must hold a valid Light or Heavy Transport Vehicle Driving License issued by a competent authority. - 3 years of driving experience as a driver (Experience Certificate format is provided in the document).
Physical Fitness	- Vision: Must have 6x6 vision with or without glasses. - Knowledge of vehicle roadside repairs and driving proficiency tested through a trade test.
Age Limit	- Minimum: 18 years as of 01.01.2026. - Maximum: 40 years (upper age relaxation applicable as per government norms).
Nationality	- Must be an Indian citizen OR - A Nepal/Bhutan subject OR - A Tibetan refugee (arrived in India before 01.01.1962 with the intent of permanent settlement).
Additional Requirements	- Applicants appearing in the final year of the required qualification can apply but must provide proof of qualification before the exam date. - Good character and mental and physical health certificates are required at the time of appointment.
