- Click on "Registration for New Users" to start the registration process by providing your Name, Post Applied For, Date of Birth, Email ID, and Mobile Number.
- Receive your credentials: a password will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number, and a user ID via email.
- Log in by clicking "Sign In for Existing Users" and entering your user ID and password.
- Fill out the application form with all the required details.
- Pay the application fee online. Ensure payment is completed well before the final deadline (7th May 2025) to avoid network issues.
- Preview and review your application carefully. Once satisfied, submit the form. After submission, no changes can be made.
- Note down your Application Sequence Number and keep it safe for future reference (e.g., downloading the admit card, viewing results).

Faq's
Candidates with B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, or Diploma in General
Nursing Midwifery from an INC-recognized institute or university and registration as Nurses & Midwife in
State/Indian Nursing Council are eligible. Two years' hospital experience is mandatory for GNM candidates.
The fee is ₹2360 for UR/OBC/EWS and ₹1416 for SC/ST, including GST. The fee is non-refundable.
Applications are accepted online through https://www.kgmu.org/job.php. Candidates must register as new users, complete the
form, upload documents, and pay the application fee online.
The test is 2 hours long with 100 MCQs distributed as follows: Core Subject (60 marks), General English
(10 marks), General Knowledge (10 marks), Reasoning (10 marks), and Mathematical Aptitude (10 marks).
There is negative marking of -1/3 for wrong answers.
The last date for fee submission is 7th May 2025, and the last date for form submission is 14th May 2025.
