Candidates with the required qualifications, certificates, and age criteria can apply:

For Junior Overman: Diploma in Mining/Mining Engineering, Overman Certificate of Competency, and First Aid Certificate.
For Mining Sirdar: Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification with a Mining Sirdar Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
Proficiency in local languages (Odia for Odisha and Hindi for Jharkhand) is also required.

The selection process includes a written test comprising:

Part I: 30 questions on General Aptitude (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness).
Part II: 70 questions on Subject Knowledge related to the post.
