Eligiblity Criteria
Educational Qualification | A degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Medicine from a recognized university. Alternatively, any equivalent qualification notified by the Food Authority with prior approval of the Central Government. |

Employment Registration | Candidates from Madhya Pradesh must provide a valid employment registration certificate by the document submission deadline. Candidates from other states are exempt from this requirement. |

Selection Process
Stage | Description |

Written Examination | An objective OMR-based test will be conducted at Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Gwalior centers. The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions with results based on the marks obtained. |
Merit-Based Shortlisting | Based on the written exam marks, candidates will be shortlisted in a ratio of three times the advertised vacancies for interviews. |
Interview | Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview, and the final selection will be based on the combined marks from the written exam and the interview. |
Result Declaration | Final results will be declared based on the cumulative scores of the written test and interview, in merit order. |

Faq's
Applicants can apply online at MPPSC Website from 28
March 2025 to 27 April 2025. Only online submissions are accepted. Ensure to review all details and make
payments through authorized channels before submission.
Applicants must have a degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Medicine,
or related fields. The age limit is 21–40 years as of 1 January 2025. Additional eligibility details are
provided in the notification.
The selection includes a written OMR-based test followed by an interview. Candidates with the highest
scores (in a ratio of 3 times the total vacancies) will be shortlisted for interviews. Final selection is
based on combined scores from both.
Yes, corrections can be made online from 1 April 2025 to 29 April 2025. A fee of ₹50 per correction
session applies. Name changes are not allowed.
Provisional answer keys will be published on the MPPSC website. Candidates can raise objections online
within 5 days of publication by paying ₹100 per question plus ₹40 portal charges.
