Criteria Details
Educational Qualification (JRF) - M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc (Engg.) or equivalent post-graduate degree in First Class with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale.
- Must have qualified national-level examinations such as CSIR-UGC-NET, GATE, or equivalent conducted by central government institutions.
Educational Qualification (RA-I) - Ph.D. in the relevant field or equivalent OR
- M.E./M.Tech with 3 years of research experience and at least one research paper in an SCI journal.
Age Limit - JRF: Maximum of 28 years as of 20.04.2025 (Relaxation: SC/ST - 5 years, OBC - 3 years).
- RA-I: Maximum of 35 years as of 20.04.2025 (Relaxation: SC/ST - 5 years, OBC - 3 years).
Additional Criteria - Candidates must possess degrees recognized by AICTE/UGC or equivalent bodies.
- Dual/Integrated degree holders must meet eligibility for both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications independently.
