Selection Process

Step Description
Application Screening Applications are checked for completeness and accuracy based on submitted forms and attached documents. Incomplete or inaccurate forms will be rejected.
Shortlisting Candidates are shortlisted based on eligibility criteria, including qualifications, age limits, and reservation categories.

Evaluation Parameters Final year marks, additional qualifications, relevant experience, and interview performance are considered for scoring. Points are assigned as follows:

Merit List A merit list is prepared based on the evaluation scores and reservation guidelines.
Appointment Selected candidates are issued appointment orders, and they must join within seven days of receiving the orders. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
Contract Duration The positions are contractual, typically for a duration of 11 months and 28 days. Temporary appointments may be considered if reserved candidates are unavailable.
