Educational Qualification | The candidate must hold a degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Government. |

How to Apply
- Step 1: Visit the official website apscrecruitment.in.
- Step 2: Register with a valid email ID and mobile number. Complete the profile creation process by submitting relevant details and supporting documents.
- Step 3: Log in to the system and apply for CCE by navigating to Applicant Section → Apply Section in the dashboard.
- Step 4: Fill in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*), and upload required documents in PDF format (maximum file size: 2 MB).
- Step 5: Preview the details entered and click 'Submit' for final submission or 'Cancel' for corrections before submitting.
- Step 6: Pay the application fee online using the payment gateway provided.
- Step 7: Receive an auto-generated email and SMS confirming successful submission and payment.
- Step 8: If the payment status is pending, click the 'Validate Payment' button after 15-30 minutes to verify the payment status.
- Step 9: Submit only one application. If multiple applications are submitted, the last application will be considered.

Faq's
Applicants need to apply online through APSC
Recruitment Portal. Register, create a profile, fill the application form, upload necessary
documents, and pay the application fee. Detailed instructions can be found in the advertisement.
Candidates must be Indian citizens aged between 21 and 38 years (age relaxation available for reserved
categories). Educational qualifications include a degree from a recognized university. Additional
requirements include language proficiency and registration in a District Employment Office of Assam.
The exam consists of two stages:
- Preliminary Examination: Two objective papers (General Studies I and II).
- Main Examination: Six written papers and an interview/personality test.
