Eligiblity Criteria

Criteria	Details
Nationality	Must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and a permanent resident of Assam. A valid Permanent Resident Certificate or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate is required.
Educational Qualification	Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized Indian or Foreign University. OR Passed Part A & B of AMIE (India) in Civil Engineering, provided enrollment in AMIE was on or before 31-05-2013. The degree must be obtained through a regular course. Distance education degrees are not accepted.
Age Limit	Minimum: 21 years Maximum: 38 years (as of 01-01-2025) Relaxations: SC/ST: 5 years (up to 43 years) OBC/MOBC: 3 years (up to 41 years) Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 years (further relaxable by 3 years for OBC/MOBC and 5 years for SC/ST). PwBD: 10 years irrespective of category.
Other Requirements	Must adhere to the "Small Family Norms" as per Assam Government rules. Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer. PwBD candidates must possess a Benchmark Disability Certificate issued by a competent authority.
