Eligiblity Critera
| Educational Qualification |
- Five-year or three-year Law degree obtained in the year 2025 from a recognized Law College or University
approved by the Bar Council of India. - Candidates who appeared in the LL.B. (Final Year) Examination in 2025 and are awaiting results may also apply. |

- Minimum: 21 years. - Maximum: 26 years (as of 1st July 2025). |
| Minimum Marks | - Only candidates who have scored **55% or more marks** in their LL.B. examinations are eligible. |
| Work Experience Restrictions |
- Candidates must not have practiced as an advocate or engaged in any other profession or
vocation/service. - Candidates must have a working knowledge of computer applications like Data Entry and Word Processing. |

- Only fresh Law Graduates of the **academic session 2023-2024** are eligible to apply. - Candidates who passed the LL.B. degree course before this session are not eligible. |

Selection Process
- Shortlisting for Screening Test and Interview:
- Based on provisional Weightage Marks awarded for academic performance and co-curricular activities.
- Marks distributed as follows:
- Language (Hindi and English proficiency) - 10 marks
- Academics (LL.B. performance) - 5 marks
- Co-curricular activities (Moot Court Participation or Legal Research Paper Publication) - 5 marks
- Screening Test:
- Descriptive paper carrying a maximum of 60 marks.
- Duration of the test: 1 hour.
- Focus on legal research and drafting skills.
- Interview:
- Carries 100 marks, scaled to 20 marks in the final weightage.
- Assessment categories:
- Unsuitable: 30 marks
- Passable: 40 marks
- Good: 60 marks
- Very Good: 70 marks
- Exceptional/Outstanding: 80 marks
- Final Selection:
- Merit-based selection on the aggregate marks of Weightage, Screening Test, and Interview.
- First right to join granted in order of merit.
